Known for her attention to detail & strong organizational skills, she works closely with teams to ensure deadlines are met, resources are well managed, and communication stays clear and consistent throughout each phase of a project. Elaine brings both a proactive mindset and a team-focused attitude to every job site and office meeting.

When not coordinating behind the scenes, Elaine enjoys getting their hands dirty in the garden, caring for a lively group of aquarium fish, and spending quality time with friends and family. These hobbies bring a sense of calm and creativity that help balance the fast-paced nature of the construction world.

David | Business Development

As a Project Manager, Matt is dedicated to keeping projects on track, on time, and on budget. With a strong focus on communication, organization, and leadership, he works closely with clients and teams to ensure each job runs smoothly from start to finish. He’s known for his calm presence on-site and ability to bring clarity in the middle of complex project timelines.

When away from the job site, Matt enjoys casting a line and unwinding with a good day of fishing. As a lifelong baseball fan, he brings the same passion and team-first mentality to managing projects as to cheering from the stands. Most of all, Matt values time with his children, believing that family is the greatest motivation for a job well done and the reason he puts his best into every project.
